What you'll need:
•Glasses case
•Modge podge
•Brush
•Pictures of your choice
Steps:
1. Cut out pictures that you fancy
2. Apply modge podge with a brush to the pictures. Stick the pictures on to the clean glasses case. Make a collage.
3. Once the modge podge is completely dry, brush another layer of modge podge over the pictures.
4. Once dry, apply another layer. Add 3 layers in this manner.
Ta-da! Complete, revamped and funky as can be.
Your new case does not have to be restricted to glasses. Use it as a pencil case to store your stationary, or as I will be using it, as a clutch!

LEFT OVERS?
Have you made the curry recipe I shared a few days ago? http://farmtownsandballgowns.blogspot.com/2013/08/chicken-curry.html
Here are a few suggestion for the left overs.
1) Skip the rice, have the curry with some bread.
2) Add some pea's to the curry, boil it on the stove to a thicker consistency. Enjoy with roti or bread.

1 ADDITION, MANY WAYS-CLIPPED!
When I think of clip on earnings I think of big shiny old glamour style. Maybe its because I own one of them. One I got from my granny. They beautiful, but far too painful to wear for too long. Its such a pity I thought until now.
Clip on earring's are not only for the ears, they are also great for bedazzling bleh looking shoes and clothing!
Bold pieces are so in right now!
Attach to:
1. Shirt collars
2. Plain pumps
3. Elastic, and use as
- a belt, or
- a hair band
4. Head scarf (use light in weight earrings for this.)
5. Hair, as hair clips
Have fun and be creative

960- Cherry Heart Creams
As promised, the Cherry Heart Creams recipe, adapted from the book "1001 cupcakes, cookies & other tempting treats" by Susanna tee.
The recipe in the book is one for peppermint cream. I decided to change the essence, colouring and shape, resulting in Cherry Heart Creams.
Ingredients:
300g icing sugar plus extra for dusting
1 egg white
Cherry extract to taste
Pink food colouring
Method:
1. Sift the icing sugar.
2. Place the egg white in a large bowl and whisk with a fork until just frothy.
3. Add half the icing sugar and beat in.
4. Add a few drops of cherry essence, then gradually add enough icing sugar to mix to a firm paste, adding a little more icing sugar if necessary.
5. Knead in extra cherry essence to taste. Knead in food colouring.
6. Sprinkle icing sugar on the work surface, divide the paste in half and roll out until it is about 5mm thick.
7. Cut out your desired shapes and allow to air dry for a few hours in a cool dry place.
PS. These sweets can be used for cake and cupcakes decor too!
