Greenspo!

Green

Green is a secondary colour made up of blue and yellow.
Green is considered a cool colour.

Depending on the shade of green, it pairs great with black, white, yellow, pink, brown, orange, and the nude colours such as beige, cream and tan.

Psychologically green is the colour of balance, harmony and growth. Green represents good luck and envy as well. With this little inspo, you are hopefully able to dress in green in the most stylish way and make your friends go "green"!

GETTING DRESSED HAS NEVER BEEN EASIER

I found this cute pic on tumblr! How true is it? Us women have galores or clothing yet nothing to wear. The daily "what to wear dilemma".

I'd like to share with you one of my tricks on getting dressed each morning. Not only is it a real time saver, but it's fun and exciting too!

It's called Colour Inspiration Dressing.

The first step is a bit time consuming, but well worth it I assure you.

Step 1: Take a look at all the colours in your closet. Write down the colours of clothing that you own on a pretty paper and stick it on to your closet door.

Step 2- Getting dressed:
Each morning look at your colour chart and work your way down. Let's say for eg. your chart looks like this:
•pink
•green
•blue
•yellow
•black
•red
•grey
•white
•nude
Today the colour would be pink, tomorrow green and so on.
That is your colour inspiration for the day. Listen to the perfume of the colour. Work your outfit around that colour. It's a starting point. You might be having a pretty pink sweater. What would you pair it with? Or maybe its a pink pump?
It's like playing dress up in the real world.

This technique increases your knowledge on colours and colour combo's.

But to assist you further I'm planning on sharing colour combo's with you on the blog in time to come :)

Hope you enjoy getting dressed each morning as much as I do ☺

BOW ME OVER

Bows! They can be seen everywhere! This tutorial is delayed, but as the saying goes "rather late than never", right?

Follow these easy steps and be apart of the bow sensation! They can be paired with literally anything that's lacking a girly touch. From a Tee to a pouch or even a hair band. For the hijabi's add it to your scarf.
