WRAPPED IN A ROTI- Kebaab Roti Wrap

Things you'll need:
Kebaabs
Roti or wraps (store bought)
Tomato sauce
Chilli sauce
Mayonaise
Lettuce
Onion
Cucumber
Gherkins
Grated Cheese for drizzling

Kabaab's
Ingredients:
1kg mince meat
2 large grated onion
1 tsp coriander leaves crushed
1/2 tsp cumin powder
6 cloves garlic crushed
4 green chillies crushed
1 tsp aromat
2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp baking powder
1 egg
Fresh corriander
2 slices bread

Method:
1. Wash the mince and drain well.
2. Pound green chillies and garlic. Add it to the mince.
3. Add the rest of the spices and grated onion(remove water from onions) to the mince.
4. Cut the crust off the bread. Soak bread in water, once soft break into pieces and add to spiced mince.
5. Add cut up coriander.
6. Knead well until stiff. Alternately put through the mincer.
7. Form into golf ball size balls.
8. Fry in a pot with little oil until brown and done.
9. Thereafter add some butter and lemon juice to the pot and allow to simmer.


The layering:
1. Chop lettuce, onion, cucumber and gherkins up finely and place in the centre of the roti.
2. Drizzle some mayonaise
3. Break kebaab up into small pieces and place over the mayonaise.
4. Drizzle with tomato sauce and chilli sauce.
5. Sprinkle grated cheese.
6. Close the roti, place a toothpick in the centre to keep it closed. Place under a grill until cheese is melted and wrap is warm
