RECIPE-Cream Cookies

These little wonders make a perfect combo with tea.
They might not look all that tempting, but dip one in your tea and I promise you, you'll want another.

Ingredients:
225g butter
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
1x 290g Nestlé dessert cream
5 heaped tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla essence
3-5 cups flour

1 egg beaten

Method:
1. Beat the butter and sugar until smooth and creamy.
2. Add the eggs and beat.
3. Add the nestle cream, baking powder and vanilla and beat.
4. Add enough flour to form a soft dough.
5. Roll out to about 1cm thick. Cut out shapes using cookie cutters.
6. Brush with the beaten egg.
7. Bake in a pre-heated oven of 180 for 15-25 mins or until golden.

Make yourself a cup of tea and dunk the cookies!!!
