Feeling Chinese- Chow mein Recipe

I love a good pasta and I love a good stir-fry. Together? Mmmmh! Heaven!

Ingredients:
150g spaghetti
3/4 cup Cubed chicken fillet
1/2 tsp green chillies
1/4 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp coarse salt
1/4 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp lemon pepper
1/2 tsp ginger/garlic masalal
1/2 tsp garlic flakes
1/4 tsp lemon juice
2 tblsp black vinegar
1 tblsp sugar
3 tblsp soya sauce

2 tblsp olive oil
1/4 cup water

1/4 cup green pepper julienned
1/4 cup red pepper julienned
1/4 cup yellow pepper julienned
1/4 cup carrots peeled and julienned
1 cup shredded cabbage

Method:
1. Marinade chicken with spices.
2. Boil spaghetti in salted water with 1 tblsp oil until al denté. Drain and rinse with cold water.
3. Stir fry chicken in olive oil. Add the water, cook for 5-7min on medium-high heat.
4. Add carrots, peppers and cabbage. Stir-fry until done.
5. Add boiled spaghetti to the above and toss gently. Add some extra soya sauce if required.
6. Garnish with chopped shallots.

Enjoy with Worcestershire sauce.
